Historic Bridge Dispositions (Bridges for Sale)
This webpage is dedicated to listing historic bridges available for adaptive reuse. In general, bridges listed here are eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, and any sale will be awarded for $1.00 to the entity who develops the most responsive preservation proposal in response to a Request for Proposals. Following selection, the successful proposer/entity must sign a bill of sale and enter into an agreement with the Department to include provisions for restrictive covenants regarding the preservation and maintenance of the bridge.
