Andover Public Informational Meeting

NHDOT will present the design alternatives for the removal and replacement of two bridges on NH Route 11.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will host a Public Informational Meeting to discuss the Northern Rail Trail and Sucker Brook bridge replacements on NH Route 11 in Andover.  The meeting will be held at the Andover Selectman’s Office, 31 School Street, Andover, NH on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 6:00 pm.  The public is encouraged to attend and participate.

The project will remove and replace two bridges on NH Route 11 and realign the roadway.  The bridge over the Northern Rail Trail and the bridge over Sucker Brook will both be replaced.  The project is located approximately 0.5 miles east of Dyers Crossing Road in Andover.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and to protect and enhance the environment.  Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
