Bridge Work on Route 18 in Franconia
The work will require closing a lane for several months
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has begun maintenance work on the bridge that carries NH Route 18 over the Beaver Brook in Franconia, NH. This project will require restricting the roadway to one lane, alternating traffic, controlled by stop and yield signs. The roadway width available for the duration of the work is 12 feet. The project is expected to be completed in April 2022.
Motorists are encouraged to proceed with caution through the work zone.
