Culvert Replacement Work on NH Route 114 in Sutton

Traffic will be impacted for several months

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin work for the removal and replacement of two existing culverts the week of May 12, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on NH Route 114, in Sutton, NH.

As part of the two-phased construction, the work will require full-time closures of one lane at a time, maintaining a 13-foot-wide travel lane. A lane shift will be in place on NH Route 114 near the intersection of Village Road, with alternating traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals positioned on either side of the work zone and at the NH Route 114/Village Road intersection.

Road users should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.  Road users are also encouraged to sign up for free, real-time construction and traffic related messages (text or email) from https://newengland511.org/.

Berg Contracting and Construction, LLC is the prime contractor on this project anticipated to be completed October 2025.
