FE Everett NB/SB Exit 5 Detours for Milling and Paving Operations in Nashua

Nighttime ramp closures will be required for one month

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin a pavement resurfacing project on the FE Everett Turnpike in the northbound and southbound Exit 5 interchanges in Nashua, on Sunday night April 13th, 2025.

Weather permitting, construction operations will require nightly ramp closures with posted detours for the removal and inlay of pavement on all northbound and southbound ramps including the connector road. This work is expected to be completed over a one-month period and will take place from approximately 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM each day.  Pavement surfaces will be milled for a period of two weeks.  Message boards and traffic control devices will be used to notify the traveling public.

Road users should remain alert while traveling through the work zones. Road users are encouraged to sign up for free, real-time construction and traffic related messages (text or email) from https://newengland511.org/.

Pike Industries from Belmont, NH is the general contractor for this $7.1 M Turnpike pavement preservation project which is expected to finish in September 2025.
