Hampton Open House Meeting

NHDOT will present the planned improvements to the Hampton Branch railroad corridor.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will hold an Open House to present the planned improvements to the Hampton Branch railroad corridor extending from the North Hampton-Hampton town line to Drakeside Road in the Town of Hampton. The completed facility will provide a transportation corridor for non-motorized use will extend New Hampshire’s portion of the East Coast Greenway upon completion. 
  
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 13, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Hampton Academy Auditorium, 29 Academy Avenue, Hampton, NH. The meeting will be an informal open house format with a brief presentation, with project materials available for inspection and project team members available to answer questions. The public is encouraged to attend and participate. 
  
Citizens and public officials will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts to ensure that the project decisions meet public transportation needs and community goals and protect and enhance the natural, cultural, and socioeconomic environment.
