Maintenance Work at Hampton Shed

Fuel pumps will be shut off for several hours

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will be upgrading the electrical system at the Hampton Maintenance shed on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, from 8 am to noon.

Weather permitting, the NHDOT will shut off the power to the shed, located at 2 Liberty Lane West (Exit 13 off Rte. 101) in Hampton, which will also shut off the fuel depot pumps at the site.

NH RSA 228:24-a established the "Motor Fuel Inventory Fund" that authorizes the Department to sell motor fuel to all departments and institutions of the state, political subdivisions of the state, eligible nonprofit corporations operating transportation under contract with the department of transportation for elderly or disabled persons.  Learn more about the fuel distribution system
