One lane will be closed between 8 pm and 6 am for several weeks

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin resurfacing work on Sunday evening, August 15, 2021 on NH Route 101 in Milford. Weather permitting, alternating one-way traffic will be utilized between the hours of 8 pm and 6 am to accommodate paving operations.  The work area begins at the Wilton town line to the railroad crossing west of Wilton Road. This work is anticipated to last for 4 weeks.

Message boards and smart work zone devices will be used to notify the traveling public of any traffic pattern changes. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.

This work is part of the $6.2 million resurfacing on NH Route 101 in Milford and Amherst, with a final completion date of September 9, 2022.  The general contractor is Pike Industries, Inc. of Belmont, NH.
