Temporary lane closures will impact motorists at night for four weeks

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin resurfacing work on Sunday evening, July 18, 2021 on Route 3A between the Concord/Bow town line to the Bow/Hooksett town line, and Hackett Hill Road to Main Street and will require temporary nighttime lane restrictions.

Weather permitting, work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 pm to 6:00 am and require four weeks to complete.  Work will start at 9 pm this Sunday to accommodate the weekend visitors.

One-way alternating traffic will be encountered during work hours. Two-way traffic will be maintained as much as possible. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.

This $3.7 million Pavement Resurfacing project is being constructed by Pike Industries of Belmont, NH and has a completion date of September 24, 2021.
