Nighttime Work on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua

State Police will lead Rolling Roadblocks and delays should be anticipated.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces that utility crews will be adding fiber optic lines to existing power line structures over the Everett Turnpike in Nashua, on Monday and Tuesday evenings, March 21 and 22, 2022, that will require temporarily closing on and off ramps and the highway in both directions.

Weather permitting, utility crews will be working from 11 pm to 4 am, between Exits 6 and 7 in Nashua, and rolling roadblocks in both directions will be utilized as needed to complete the work.  Northbound on ramps in Nashua from Exit 1 to 7 and Southbound on ramps in Merrimack Exit 11 to Nashua Exit 6 will be temporarily closed for short duration (estimation 15 minutes), during the work hours for the rolling roadblock.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down, follow instructions on message boards, and use caution when traveling through work zones.
