Nighttime Work at Exit 1 on I-95 in Seabrook

The work will require temporarily closing each Exit 1 ramp and the southbound Exit 90 ramp at night for three nights.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will start road work at Exit 1 on I-95 in Seabrook on Tuesday evening, September 27, 2022. The work will require temporarily closing ramps at Exit 1 and the southbound Exit 90 ramp to Massachusetts over three nights.

Weather permitting, construction crews will close and work on one ramp at a time, between 10 pm and 5 am, in preparation for paving next week.  There will be a period of time where traffic will travel on a milled surface, and motorists, especially motorcycles, are urged to use caution through this work zone.

Message boards and detour signing will be used to direct motorists around the closures as needed. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.

Brox Industries of Methuen, MA is the prime contractor for this $6,215,741.45 contract.
