Temporary Ramp Closures at I-89 Exit 19 Southbound

Ramp closure will impact traffic for one morning.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will temporarily close the I-89 Exit 19 southbound on-ramp on Monday, May 19, 2025, to allow for a bridge inspection over the Mascoma River.

The closure is anticipated to last one day between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM or until the inspection is completed. The work schedule is weather dependent, and the start date is subject to change.

Travelers planning to use the Exit 19 southbound on-ramp will be re-routed via a signed detour at Exit 19 northbound on-ramp to Exit 20 to reverse direction and back to I-89 southbound.

Road users are also encouraged to sign up for free, real-time construction and traffic related messages (text or email) from https://newengland511.org/
