Our mission is to support the organization by ensuring the development and maintenance of Human Resource programs and systems that clearly communicate organizational mission and values to all employees. Our work efforts are aligned with the overall strategies and initiatives of the Department and dedicated toward the Department's mission to provide transportation excellence, enhancing the quality of life in New Hampshire.
Our Department has approximately 2,000 full and part time employees supporting the transportation systems of New Hampshire. These systems include: roads and bridges, airports, railways, transit services, pedestrian and bicycle pathways. Our Department offers a wide range of dynamic career opportunities.
