Language Assistance Program
NHDOT is committed to ensuring meaningful access to that all individuals requesting participation or services provided by the Department, including those with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
Language can be a barrier to accessing important employment benefits or services, understanding and exercising important employment rights, complying with applicable responsibilities, or understanding other information provided by federally funded programs and activities.
NHDOT works to ensure that LEP individuals are not excluded from programs and activities by providing free interpretation and translation services to the public. Individuals requesting LAP assistance must do so in advance of any public event or meeting implemented by NHDOT.
