Bridge Replacement on Route 107 in Deerfield

The work will require a full-time closure of a section of Route 107 for 30 days.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin a bridge replacement project on Route 107 in Deerfield on Monday, August 7, 2023. The bridge work zone is at Freese’s Pond and will require Route 107 be fully closed to through traffic for 30 days.

A detour for southbound through traffic will be in place from the junction of Route 4 in Epsom to the junction of Route 43 in Northwood. Northbound traffic on Route 107 in Deerfield will detour onto Route 43, to Route 4 in Northwood.  Message boards and detour signs will be installed to direct traffic around the closure. This work is part of the $975,000 bridge replacement project at Freese’s Pond in Deerfield. The General Contractor is Northeast Earth Mechanics from Pittsfield, NH and has an Intermediate Completion date of November 3, 2023.
