Bridge Work on Route 115 in Jefferson
The work will restrict the bridge to one lane of alternating two-way traffic for three months.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will begin joint replacement work on the Route 115 bridge over the Israel River in Jefferson on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
To accommodate the work, traffic over the bridge will be limited to one-lane of alternating traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals. This phase of the project will start on Wednesday, April 6th and will continue into late June. The lane width available will be 16 feet. Variable message boards will be posted north and south of the project to alert motorists to the presence of signals.
