Culvert Repair Work on Smith River Road in Alexandria
This work will require temporarily closing the road near the culvert for one day.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will begin culvert repair work on Smith River Road in Alexandria that will require closing the road at the work location on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, from 7 am to 4 pm.
The work site is located under the high-tension power lines, approximately 2,300 feet east of Cass Mill Road, and 3,000 feet west of NH Route 104. The closure is necessary due to geometric constraints. All traffic will be detoured onto NH Route 104.
