Drainage Work on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack

Construction work will require nighttime lane closures for the next two weeks.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will be performing nighttime roadwork in both the northbound and southbound lanes of the FE Everett Turnpike in Merrimack starting Monday, August 14, 2023.  Installation of drainage pipe crossings between Exits 12 and 13 will require lane closures and traffic shifts over the next two weeks.

Weather permitting, lane closures will be utilized between 7:00 pm and 6:30 am.  Slower traffic will be encountered through the work area.  Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.  Sign up for free, real-time traffic related messages (text or email) from https://newengland511.org/.

This work is part of the $22 million lane widening and reconstruction project being constructed by R.S. Audley of Bow, NH.
