Historic Bridge for Sale in Newington-Dover, NH
Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 29, 2023.
Per 23 USC 144(g) Historic Bridges, the State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation will accept electronic proposals on or before the 29th day of August, 2023 for the removal and reuse of the General Sullivan Bridge connecting the Town of Newington and City of Dover, New Hampshire.
To be considered, all proposals must be submitted electronically to Bureau16@dot.nh.gov, and the subject line titled "PROPOSAL FOR ADAPTIVE REUSE OF GENERAL SULLIVAN BRIDGE".
Proposal information including copies of the location map, bridge plans, inspection reports, individual inventory form, and historic covenants, are available on the Bridge Design’s Department’s website.
