Nighttime Work on Amherst Street (Route 101A) in Nashua 

This work will temporarily close a short section of Route 101A westbound and shift motorists into one eastbound lane for several hours near the intersection of Mount Vernon Street.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will temporarily close a short section of Amherst Street (Route 101A) in Nashua from Mount Vernon Street to the intersection of F.E. Everrett Exit 7 northbound off ramp/US Route 3 (Henri A Burque Highway) to remove an overhead sign structure.  

Police officers and traffic control devices will shift the westbound motorists temporarily into one eastbound lane for several hours near the intersection. Eastbound traffic will utilize the other eastbound lane as directed by police and delineated by traffic cones.  

Weather permitting, the closure is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 11:00 pm to Wednesday, March 6, 2024 5:00 am.
