Road Work on US Route 202 in Peterborough

Work will impact traffic during daytime hours.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that on Monday, May 16, 2022, daytime road work will begin on US Route 202 in Peterborough between Sand Hill Road and Southfield Lane.

Weather permitting; construction operations will require daily lane shifts and alternating one-way traffic to facilitate roadway milling and paving operations. This work is expected to be completed over a two-week period and will take place from approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all message boards and posted signs.

This work is part of the $4.4 million Statewide Tier 2 Resurfacing Program. The general contractor is Brox Industries, from Dracut, Massachusetts.
