Walpole, NH - Rockingham, VT Bridge Work
Work will require lane closures and intermittent, alternating one-way traffic
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will resume maintenance work on Monday, April 25, 2022, on the Church Street bridge over the Connecticut River and Green Mountain Railroad between the towns of Walpole, NH and Bellows Falls/Rockingham, VT.
The contractor will be finalizing bridge joint installation, final striping and pavement marking as well as a plug joint on the west end of the bridge.
The work is weather dependent and will require intermittent, alternating one-way traffic during daytime hours. Two-way traffic will be maintained over the bridge during non-work hours. Please be alert when passing thru work area.
CPM Constructors of Freeport, Maine is the contractor for the $1.7 Million dollar project.
