Winter 2023 Update
The Financial Analysis Plan (see below) was completed to thoroughly identify project costs and funding sources and help position the project to qualify for potential federal capital grants as appropriate. The information in the Financial Analysis Plan is based on the 30% project design that was recently completed as part of this project and included value engineering efforts and input from regional, state, and local stakeholders in the public and private sector. Summary information sheets have also been prepared on the project background, financial costs, and proposed station locations. Pre-decisional draft Environmental Assessment (EA) materials, available for informational purposes, examine the potential environmental impacts being considered for this project and will be posted soon.
